HOUSTON, Texas — Sixteen-year-old Ariyah Faith King remains the subject of a missing-child notice issued by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which identifies Houston, Texas, as the city from which she disappeared on August 30, 2026.

The notice carries an additional concern: Ariyah may be in need of medical attention.

That warning appears in the official case information, although the notice does not explain the nature of the medical concern or provide details about the circumstances of her disappearance.

NCMEC has published three photographs of Ariyah to help the public recognize her. The Houston Police Department is identified as the investigating agency.

The case is listed under NCMEC #2099842 and NCIC #M319078455.

Those identifiers help distinguish Ariyah’s case from other missing-person investigations and can be used when providing information to authorities.
